How to make
Slice the pumpkin into 5mm widths and cut it elongated. Cut to fit the pumpkin skin.
Pumpkin takes time to get on fire, so let's cover it with a lid and steam it. Heat the frying pan, warm the olive oil, and spread the pumpkin all over.
Shake the salt and tangle it roughly, cover it with a lid and steam it for 1-2 minutes.
About the frying pan used
This has a high thermal conductivity and burns! I'm using a Ballarini Salina 28cm frying pan.
When the pumpkin becomes soft, open the lid.
Add mustard and roughly entangles with the whole.
If you don't see the taste, add salt and mustard.
The taste is more familiar and delicious after cooling it well than freshly made. Also, if it's cold, it's easier to feel the acidity of mustard.
