This time it’s a zucchini snack recipe.
An easy-to-use menu of thickly sliced zucchini mixed with olive oil and cheese and grilled in the oven.
Ingredient(2 servings)
2 Zucchini
Salt
60ml Olive oil
30ml Powdered cheese
100g Cheese

Arrangement
- It’s delicious even if you add garlic powder or curry powder. In that case, add it to olive oil.
How to make
Cut the zucchini
Wash the zucchini, remove the stem, and cut it into 1.5cm widths.
The scum is strong, so let’s shake the salt and leave it for a while. If there is, arrange it in a colander, rack, etc. and sprinkle salt.
If you leave it for about 10 minutes, the water will come out.
Wipe off the moisture with thick kitchen paper.
Entangle the oil
Put olive oil and powdered cheese in a plastic bag and add the zucchini that has been wiped with moisture.
※If you want to add garlic powder or curry powder, add it here.
Entangle it all over and leave it for about 10 minutes.
Grill
Lay the oven sheet on the oven tray and arrange the zucchini.
Put cheese on top
Grill in an oven preheated to 230 degrees for about 8 minutes.
When the cheese melts and the surface is slightly browned, it’s done.
Serve
Shave the pepper as you like and sprinkle fine slices of parsley.
Melted cheese goes well with juicy zucchini.
